I have the following questions concerning how to fill the update documents :
1) in IMM0008FRA_2D (FORMULAIRE DE DEMANDE GENERIQUE) : DETAIL DE LA DEMANDE Q7 : CSQ NUMBER Should be Numero de reference individuel ou bien Numero de dossier
2) in IMM0008FRA_2D (FORMULAIRE DE DEMANDE GENERIQUE) : DONNEE PERSONELLES Q3 : what is the IUC ? is it the number present in the medicals document IMM1017.pdf
3) in IMM5669F ANNEXE ANTECEDENT/ DECLARATION : Q12 ADRESSES : should mention all my travels outside lebanon, even if they are a tourism travels for less than 1 week, for example a tourism visit to Greece for 5 days?
4) what is the zip code for lebanon?

1) numero du dossier for csq
2) uci doesn't matter, keep it blank. They'll assign one for u. I already have a uci cause I have a visit visa
3)all travels should be mentioned, even if it was for 1 day
4)there's no zip code for leb, and it's not mandatory to mention the zip code in the travels if it's not available

The medical exam results are being sent to England, that's what the doctor informed me today. He uploaded the docs and sent them instantly

Just received my medical form but with the wrong details of my name and last name.

What to do !

I would e-mail them and they might send you a new form. If thy don't reply, worse case scenerio print the form, make the changes in pen, initial each change. Maybe include a letter explaining the mistake they made.

i read somewhere they are sending files from london to france to reduce backlogs , so hope it is another story with the medicals
