Paper screening decision is at the first stage, meaning they started the process on this date

alright granted they started screening on that date and my BFD was on last March and for some unknown reason the process didnt take place on the assigned date so what in the hell is going on ? and why there is not even 1 sign that my application got transferred to romania or poland? i am seriously freaking out here, 6 years of my life waiting on this

They're not replying from Romania office at all? R u using the registered email on ur application to contact them? Did u submit an online inquiry from the website? They should answer no matter what

no , ofc, definitely did , CiC in general has not answered any of my emails for more than 2 years.

do you have any family in Canada who can speak to an MP for you? It's the only way to get accurate information on your file.

We're running out of solutions to advise you. The most thing that helped me and canadian_citizen was the mp's help... You should aim towards this at any price

They must of giving you a new bfd because in Feb, 2012 that's when all our files were transferred to Beirut.
