hello everyone, I just recieved my caips and i have no Idea how to read them but, 1 line caught my attention and i want to make sure of what it means, the line reads as following:

Paper File Sent To: PA BF File to: SEL ON 13-02-2013
BF'D TO: SEL ON 13-02-2013

does that mean they sent me a courier on that date or?

PA said that CSQ expired, PA told that we will extend it if FSO approves the file, PA also told that the file will be viewed in the next 6 months , and that PA will receive A3 letter telling the next step

it means your file was reviewed by an officer who's initials are SEL on Feb 13, 2013. You should hear something soon I would think. However, it seems weird that your bring forward date is in the past...shouldn't it be in the future?

As for the CSQ, your the PA (Principal Applicant)...you must of inquired and that's what they told you...so the foreign service officer will renew your CSQ if they approve your application.

if you have someone in Canada, I would get an MP involved for more accurate information, since it seems your caips notes are outdated already.

what about Paper file sent to PA ? is it possible that instead of sending the medicals through email they actually sent it through the incompetent local postage ?

The medical exam is sent electronically, no more mailing.
They use the uci or the emr number to retrieve the patient's info from cic. That's why it shows " medical received" fast after the tests are done... It costs around 250$. I've done mine today

They are sent by regular mail if they don't have an e-mail on file though.

don't worry about that...I just checked and mine says the same thing.
Does it say a date next to PSDEC?
