I think you're situation is normal. Some peopel here have been waiting since 2009-2010. I guess try to be patient. Sorry not much help, but we are all in the same boat.

That's true Sarah...we're sharing exactly the same timeline! At this moment, 36months is the time needed to issue ppr as per cic's website!
Can u inform your federal file number and in which office it's processed?

You're still at the beginning so be patient, it won't take 36 months if you have an arranged job offer. The delay in our files occurred due to the closure of the embassy and the big chaos. Your file will be processed under an organized workflow and hopefully won't take too much time

that seems legit, but as nursing i am having difficult to find work since i have to be registered to the ordre before i apply to job, and meanwhile the ordre is holding all new abroad applications, so all what i have to do is waiting..
