In fact my brother and my sister and her family also applied for Quebec, it is like we are going as a family... I am going to wait for a while... with a big hope that we will hear some good news soon. But I will keep your advice as a plan B

I don't know. I didn't do anything beyond sending them emails to inquire about my CSQ which had expired (I got it in 2009). They didn't even reply to my inquiries, they just called about the meds after a while.
