so that means he was going to wait around 55 months till 2015? lucky all our files are already in bucharest, hope they keep going with the 14 months for new applicants.. =/

well the 14 months for Bucharest doesn't apply to us, which is good news. However, in the e-mail from them, it says "please do not contact us for the next 8 months, as we will be busy processing applications"...so is it possible the visa will take 8 months? My fiance's friend has been waiting for his visa for 6 months now :S

It seems this is the new format, it's a lot easier to read but pretty empty. It does say it's in process and they gave you a new EP file number and it was transfered to Bucharest which is all positive. Where did you order these from? I just placed another order for the caips so I'll let you know if they look the same.

It gives you an application due date which was april 2013...I think that's the BFD. Maybe it's just a little delayed.

I'm not an expert, but I think there's positive things in the notes, like file transfer, your new file number...so it means it's still in process. And the due date was 2 months ago, so I think you should hear something in the next couple of months.
What does your lawyer say? Also, please update your timeline in your profile.

Also, not sure if this will help or not..but your CSQ expires in Nov 2013.

My fiance's csq expired in March 2013 and he received his medical in April....so maybe you will receive your medical in Dec?

There's no way of knowing 100% without someone on the inside asking for you, like an MP.
