why the files (federal after CSQ) normally processed in Abu Dhabi will be transfered to Bucharest?
i don't mind especially comparing the processing time

every area has visa office and abu dhabi visa office is for gulf area, its also slow for old applicants. but for new its fast.
I didn't hear any case transferred.

since I stay in uae, the officer wrote abu dhabi visa office for federal quebec applicants
but for federal application its London visa office
