Actually its nice news, coz Ive seen them fighting in parlement in quebec against immigrants because quebec became gate to canada.

Hi all

I checked back my papers and I found they mentioned in one paper accuse de reception that the date de reception du dossier is 7 September 2010 so is that the date of AOR but previously I mentioned before as AOR 18/10/2010 the date of first letter I received so which one should be the AOR

when I sent that message I was not called for interview. they sent me email on 18/11/2011 saying that I have been selected for interview and I should prepare all papers then nothing since that date. until I received their email on 17/5/2012 fixing the date to be 4/7/2012 Istanbul .my certificate is BSC Civil engineer

mft25 I think in ur case the date you filled ur application should be August 2012 like it shows in ur status! I added my self as well, I filled my application on October 2010, No interview call yet!!

Our interviews will be in the coming 3-4 months maximum

That's so good

In June they will call September ( Interviews in August)
In July they will call October ( Interviews in September)

or

might be faster to cover 4000 applications

but at least youll know that your called at the end ;D

I also applied in the same time period(march 2011) and I got the email on 18th july 2011 though the AOR letter says the date as may 2012(typo?)
my file number is DA0103XXX. what seemes strange is that this file number is different from the other's.... i was wondering why?? i have no clues.
I am in IT management and based in Dubai.
whats your area of expertise and location?

thats what i am trying to say that the serial number is different.
its not DA 000 103xxx its DA0103XXX
is it something with preferred area of training or so?
I believe computer science is ....if im not wrong
"IF" that is the case whats the total time for processing?
I applied in 2011 march...

thanks for correcting me but thats the only number i have got......
in the letter they give me physical address where i could mail or fax if my situation changes in any way.
but i dont have any other number....
btw what is this number for n ref. ind ??
plz help if there is anything wrong...

Hey mft25,

Your App. Filed date is : 7 September 2010
Your AOR Received date is : 18 October 2010

After giving us your dates, i think the File Number is based on the AOR date, not on the App filed date.
