QUALIFICATIONS FOR CEC???

My husband is on full time working visa as a soccer player in Canada since oct 4th, 2011. Does he qualify for PR in CEC program? And if he does, what IELTS score does he need?

His NOC is 5251 (Athletes), so he's under skilled workers class B i guess

For Skill Level B, you would need at least CLB 5 on all four categories.

CLB 5 =
4 for Reading
5 for Writing, Speaking, and Listening

So you would need those scores or more

Yeah as per your information and once he has his IELTS, he should be eligible to apply for PR.
