Qualification Points

I have a qualification which does not correspond to list of quliafications acceptable by CIC in qualification grid.Things go lyk this, I have 15 years of qualification but does not have trade certificate, diploma or two or more University Degrees at Bachelors Level.Instead, I have 15 years of full-time qualification based on 2-year Bachelor and one year further study at Masters.
I will be glad if someone can please confirm if I qualify for 20 or 22 points.I believe that I meet criteria set by CIC of earned educational credentials as well as number of years completed in full-time study but contradiction appears, if i go with qualification grid to claim 22 points.
Please comment. especially seniors..Thank you very much indeed

did u complete masters. uncomplete degrees have no score. if u did't than your educational points are 20. if your master is complete than 22.
