Qualifi Level 5 Diploma UK recognized in UK

Has anybody get the level 5 diploma from Qualifi, a UK awarding body assesed to find the education equavalent in Canada? Is it equivalent to diploma in Canada?

FYI, Qualifi is the awarding body recognized by Ofqual in UK.
