Hey guys!

My husband and I are applying to the QSW program and I have a couple of questions that i'm hoping you are able to help me with.

My husband worked as a freelance for a company in the U.K for the past 3 months and did not pay the income tax for 2 of those months because in Chile it is not mandatory to do so and he thought he could do it all at once when he finished the job and got the money. However, when he tried to pay it he was told that he could only pay for the current month and not those that had already passed, as it is not allowed by law. So basicaly, for 2 of this 3 months we have no income tax vouchers, and only pay slips to prove that he has worked for this U.K company. ???

Do you know if it is possible to make signed declarations regarding this subjects? We would asked the company to write one saying that my husband did in fact work with them this past months.

The second question is about the living requirements.

We have been married and living together for almost 2 years now, but have no way of proving that besides our marriage certificates. All bills were under his name and we have no joint bank accounts. Also, we've been living in an apartment he bought before we got married, so the property is under his name and not mine. :o Would the marriage certificates (one from last year and one from now) work in this case?

Hope you can help me out with this..

Thank you guys! ;D

Hey guys,

Does anyone have any insight about this???

I'm supposed to send the application next week and I'm sorta worried about it :S

Thanks!! :)

Marriage certificate will be enough to prove your relationship.

I'm not sure about the tax documents though. But one thing is for sure, they are very strict regarding the document requirements

I'll try to figure out how to get the whole income tax thing sorted out then u.u.

Thanks very much for the info!!! :)

They require that the government signs and stamps the tax records. My employer letter was rejected.
