QSW Program reached limit 2016

Hi all,

I understand that the Quebec Skilled Worker Program has reached its cap of 10.000 applications. Is it true that the next intake will only be taking place after March 2017? Is there any use in even creating a Mon Projet Quebec profile at this stage (I do not have a job offer and I am not self-employed nor am I an investor)? Or will all uninvited & existing profiles be erased this fall?

Is there a website where I can keep track of next intake periods?
