QSW OTTAWA, AOR IN APRIL 2013, TRACKING

i will get a new gcms at the due date, and is there anyone who got the aor in april 2013 and now have got a IP or DM?
my eacs status is still AR.

according to my gcms record, they did a criminal check since April 2013, but not finished yet, they had do nothing else. my due date is April 2014.

could you please tell me how you get all this information about your file. i applied QSW in dec 2012 and i got my file number in march2013 but since then i hear nothing from the immigration :-[ and i am looking to track my file through online system or email. i called Montreal office several times but they said your file is in processing and think guys on phone don't have access to all areas of file so they are unable to tell anything beyond that.
i want to know the progress of my file. please let me know if you know any method.
