Hi Guys,
10 days ago i get a message from my bank mentioned that payment for cic declined due to insufficient fund.
any body fall into this situation can help ?
do i have to resubmit my file from the beginning ? OR have a chance that they will try again ?

What stage is your application in currently ? Do you have a UCI number from the past or is this a first time application ?

I think my last question was redundant as you have stated that the payment has already been declined when CIC attempted it.

Sorry but you will now have to wait for your Application to come back or you could submit another one in the meantime provided you are able to acquire a second copy of the IELTS report in Original.
