QSW based PR, now in Toronto first tax return filed, any issues?

Guys,
I am a Quebec sponsored immigrant who became a permanent resident in May 2015. We became PR's and returned to the US to move back later. Me and my wife moved to Toronto in November 2015. We tried for jobs in Montreal but nothing worked. And in the mean time I got opportunities in Ontario and moved to Toronto and my wife followed after she found hers. Our SIN numbers are from Quebec ( They start with a 3)

I now filed my first tax return. Will CRA have any issues with me having a Quebec SIN and filing my tax return for work in Ontario? Would that have an affect on my PR?

I highly doubt that will be a problem. If it was I think there would be regulation that requires anyone under a PNP/CSQ program only obtains a SIN issued from their respective province, which is not the case. I know CSQ holders who landed in Toronto and are currently in Montreal with SINs issued at the Toronto POE. i don't think its a problem at all.
