QSW 2014 Credit Card Declined

hi, 3 days ago i get a message from my bank mention that th payment for CIC was declined due to insufficient fund. i am wondering now what will be happen. they will try again onother day or they will send my file back? if yes i hava to wait again 4-5 month ?

please anybody can advise

what i heard or read from internet sources is that, CIC will try one time and if it gets failed, they will return the documents back to the applicant. Sorry to say this. But thats the main reason, people are going for DD's valid for 6 months.
