hello

I had applied in ausgust 2008 & got rejection on 38 list basis. Now 1& half year back i got promoted to the occupation which is currently ijn demand & i got my all promotion certificates & increment letter from company i can show it as proof.
when i last applied at that time my consultant did a mistake in the form that he show my first work exp from may 1999 to march 04 as a full time employee but that was wrong actuallty i worked there from may 1999 to oct 2003 as a part time employee because at that time i was studing in college & from nov 2003 to march 04 i joined there as a full time employee.
Now I changed my consultant & reapply on feb 2010 & my consultant had shown the experience from Nov 2003 to march 04 of that company he said that you dont need to show the experience of your part time work because you will not get the point of that time period .
My question is that my previous consultant had done the mistake & shown the total period (may 1999 to march 04) as a full time employee & in my new application i shown the only full time period(Nov 2003 to march 04)
If they compare my application to my previous application & they will find that i have reduced my time period of that company where i worked will it effect my case.I can submit the letter from that company showing my part time work period & my full time work period too.
I have not received my file number i know that it take about 2month to get AOR.
Please suggest me i am woorying because i dont want to be rejected 2nd time .
 
Probably u'll get the AOR soon from the CIO. However, there's very much a likelihood that the CHC will notice the difference -past vs. present apps.

In that case they'd send u an enquiry. When u get that do exactly as u yourself suggested -write a cover letter explaining the issue & attach the previous 'part-time' employment proof. That's what I'd do.

Dear bundpaadbanda,

They always have access to your old files and they'll definitely have a look in your old cases. Your consultant is wrong in saying that you dont get any points for part time. I would personally recommend you to declare the truth and that way you'll hopefully be able to succeed rather than not declaring facts and getting refusal on the basis of wrong info. You can always write a clarification to them later that mistake was made in your previous application.

i fi get my aor then can they agsin ask the same question that why i redused my experince due to part time work

Once you get the AOR send your part time work experience letters. See I do not know about your consultant but part time work experience if valid and paid is counted and you get points for it. So once AOR is received at your end, send a letter explaining why you couldn't send it earlier (Write a logical explanation) and then send the papers.

1. No it didn't happen with me. I was just suggesting to u that if it did -I'd have done that [what I wrote earlier].

2. As others advised, yes -the part time exp is accountable. If u are hard-up on points, u should send the Proof/s + Explanation Letter alongwith the 2nd stage docs.

Lastly when will i get Passport request. How long it takes after submission of Medical & RPR fee

Then how long it takes to VISA Stamped??
