Dear Qorax,

I am King Sohel, new to this forum i am planning to file for Canada Immigration, but i have a little bit confusion regarding my qualification and work history,

I have completed:

1. M.PHIL from CMJ University - Meghalaya. India
2. MBA from TGOU University - Nagaland. India
2. B.TECH from BU University - Uttar Pradesh. India
3. Intermediate - AP Board - Hyderabad. India
4. 10TH/SSC - AP Board - Hyderabad. India

I born in Maharashtra State & my passport is also from Maharashtra State.
I am working from last 4 years in Maharashtra.

Please tell me i have reached many Indian states to complete my education and my native place is Maharashtra state, will i get some problems with embassy or VO to consider my case because of the above situations and places i used to complete my education not from the single place.

Experts please help me, need your specious response !!!

Hi,

You are good to go as long as all your education docs are genuine.


VO requirement is Education,Experience,Age,English,Adaptibility to clear any immigration file. they are not taking into considaration that from where you educated and work.....

Hi King!

It's another matter how/which route u'd take to apply for the PR (b'coz FSW-1 won't happen), however rest assured ur edn & pps wouldn't matter as long as what the previous poster opined... and ur pp/nationality is still Indian irrespective of (from Maharashtra State!) where it was issued... while no one stops u from globetrotting on ur edn foray.
