As the experienced and senior member of this forum please clear my doubt so that i can proceed further. I am stuck in the process of university envelop flap seal foe WES evaluation. As per the university they only used to seal the flap of envelop with normal ink stamp (When i asked them). As per my knowledge they should have to seal with WAX (if i am correct) otherwise please tell me is it fine for the normal ink stamp seal on the flap of the envelop.
Need your specious response with this.
