hi ppl..
ok..i spent the past 3 hours searching in this forum for all the discussions/topics/threads for NOC 4131...
for those who dont know, i have a long history with this NOC... here is my story in brief:
======Applied on Nov 09: application returned back to me, reason "no sufficient job description in the application"

======Applied on Feb 09: application rejected, reason "don't match substantial number of job duties described in the NOC"

----------------------------------CONCLUSION-------------------------------------------
It is difficult to prove you job responsibilities in this class as a company trainer, because you need to prove you didn't only taught, but at least also prepared and took exams and assignments from 'students' and/or prepared teaching materials blah blah...which a company trainer don't normally do. Job responsibilities listed under 4131 are more suited for college teachers and less for vocational teachers - who actually are also post secondary teachers and equivalent to college teachers

if you check the main duties in the NOC... u will find that
1st duty ====> "teaching"... but the right one after it is
2nd duty ====>"developing teaching materials".....and the one right after it is
3rd duty ====> "grading homework and exams"
then come the remaining duties or what i can call it peripheral duties like providing guidance for students, do consultancy work.. etc...
so IMHO, i guess CIO will consider ur application as a company trainer only if u do something like grading exams, homeworks, prepare sheets and presentations... which is a slim chance for a private company trainer like me...
(PS i hope i am wrong in all of the above)
