Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Dear Qorax,
Hope you’re keeping well enough

I just received my CAIPS report today in which CLPR is wrongly mentioned. Let me explain plz.

Information is stated like this (for all the family):

City of Birth: Karachi........this is correct
Citizenship: Pakistan........this is correct
COB: Pakistan... ............this is correct
CLPR: England (for me and my children)... ........this is correct
CLPR: Pakistan.... (for my wife only).... ........which, i think, is incorrect

Explanation: only in front of my wife’s status, ‘’Pakistan” is written; on the other hand in front of my and my children’s status, ‘England’ is stated.

1. What is CLPR? AND WHY IS IT DIFFERENT IN MY WIFE’S CASE, whilst we all have same citizenships and resident status
PS. We all have been living here in London together for 7-8 years

My 2nd Question:
Medical Status Code:
Medical Status Code: A (this is same for all my family)
**IMS – Visa Notified on 07 July, Case Status ‘Assessed M01’ (For me and my kids)
But for my wife
**IMS – Visa Notified on 07 July, Case Status ‘.............’

2. Is it blank because they are futher checking her medical result?
- Her medical was done on 19th june but they never requested to go for any other tests,
3. Are there any chances, they will ask to repeat my wife’s medical???

Stage validity date:
this is mentioned as M01 for me and my kids’ – which i checked (means perfect health);

however it is blank against my wife’s details
4. Will it further delay???
Finally BF’d date is mention as 23 Aug.

5. Will they decide my case soon????

Many Many thanks in advance

Best regards

CLPR = Country of Last Permanent Resident

Probably u r right. CIC might have misposted that for your spouse, since u guys r together in London since the last many yrs. However, plz note that this CAIPS field is of no consequence to your processing. It's just an admin matter, no concern of the applicant. U may relax on that!

M___ would mean that the Med report hasn't yet been filed by PMB. Again not an issue, probably by now it must have returned M01 as well, given the time lag between the CAIPS extracted & reached u. I don't think another med will be required for her or it gets furthered, rare probability.

The BFD of 23/8/2010 might not absolutely be the decider date. It'd probably be a review date - to get all docs together or notifying someone (maybe or may not be u) to deliver something. Give it a couple of days, things might be prospective.

Hold your horses... Everything is in the right direction!

Dear Qorax
Hi again
and
apologies to bother you yet again

Before medical, my wife had been using some medicine for 'Fibroids' quite off an on during the last one year or more

2 months before the medicals she recovered, but had little bit of problem again.

2 days before the medical she took medicine just twice [in 2 days]and she was ok. after that she never used the medicine.

she has an appointment [for a scan, suppose], at the end of september at local hospital...

we didnot mention it in the form and our DMP never asked any question too

how MAY/will this affect

thanks n regards

Dear qorax ,

QUESTIONS, PLEASE HAVE A LOOK :

(From qorax post )
..... Every time we get a letter/email from the CHC -it carries a 'time limit' to submit something, right? Say 45 days, 60 days or 90 days... the ending day of that time limit is our next BF'D. As an example, if the CHC sent you a medical request [alongwith the forms] on 02 Jan 2010; and it carries a 60 day's deadline -it means your file has been marked with the next BF'D of 01 Mar 2010.

I GOT 30 DAYS DEADLINE (deadline was 8 Aug ) TO FINISH MY WIFE'S AND MY MEDICAL ,WE DID IT IN 20 DAYS TIME.AND AT THAT TIME ( JULY 29 ) I SENT DOCS TO ADD MY NEWBORN SON WITH MY APPLICATION (previously not notified to CIC about the newborn ). MY SON'S MEDICAL ARRIVED ON AUGUST 11 AND GOT 60 DAYS TO FINISH HIS MEDICAL.

However, if your medical results are received before the BF'D [01 Mar 2010], say on 05 Feb 2010 -your file will be further processed on that day itself [05 Feb 2010]. If the med results didn't come by earlier, then it will be opened on 01 Mar 2010 -the BF'D day.

WE FINISHED MY SON'S MEDICAL IN 8 (eight) DAYS TIME (on August 19)

SO I HAVE FINISHED MY SON'S MEDICAL MUCH EARLIER (52 days left out of 60 days). NOW THE QUESTION IS ,AS MY SON'S BF'D IS ON 11 OCTOBER 2010, BUT I FINISHED IT EARLIER ,WILL MY CASE GET MOMENTUM BEFORE THAT BF'D ( 11 October) IF SO , WHEN ( approx) ?

Usually a (good) DMP informs the outcome of the Meds in the end of the day. What did yours say?

Eg.:
-Thank you, everything is fine, good luck.
-Ok, that's it, u r good.
-Well, u r done with, wasn't it simple? Best of luck.
-Have a good time, relax, it's fine.

They'd say the above or something akin to that... All those mean that it went well.

@ goal

The moment your son's meds reached the CHC they have started acting on it. They wouldn't wait till 10-10-2010 for further processing it.

Hi

My DMP just collectd the samples and didn't say a thing and never did inform about the outcome of the Meds in the end of the day
I don't remember the Dr. saying something like that...however the receptionist was exchanging such expressions with all the clients including us.

What would be the worst case scenerio if God forbid my wife has to go through a repeat examination.

BTW, after such a long time [med held on 19 june], do chc ask the applicant to repeat......or so..

Best regards
