Qorax and seniors - claiming experience points

I have around 20 years of experience as Mechanical Engineer and do satisfy the mandatory 29 NOC crieteria as i have worked lets say for one year in the professions listed in mandatory 29 NOC. Now while evaluating my experience, as per my understanding, VO will thoroughly verify my job description of that one year which satisfies the criteria. Does it mean that he is not bothered about the rest of 19 years what i have been doing OR it is important that rest of the 19 years i should also have the experience and job details that more or less match with the main NOC. Please guide me about this.
