QLD Traffic Check - Driving ban due to speeding, will it effect PR application?

My friend was banned from driving for speeding about 17 years ago, when she was 18. Presumably this is going to show up on her Queensland Traffic Check.

Any idea if this will have a negative effect on her PR application (pre Express Entry)?

If so, any advice?
