I am thinking to take a flight to Saskatoon using QA. I'll be having a long layover of 11 hours at YUL, most probably I'll need to book a cheap hotel to stay for that time and then I'll continue my journey. Do I need to quarantine in YUL or can I do it after reaching at YXE?
