Purpose of Visit

Hey guys.. the VO has asked me to write "purpose of visit" ..has given me 10 days to submit it.. in my SOP I already mentioned that I've just bachelors and now plan to get an MBA. Why are they asking me again? Is purpose of visit a seperate document which we have to present or is it included in SOP? I think it's a refusal..
Anyone can tell me something? Thank u all

The VO doesn't believe you are a genuine student or are not being truthful with your application. Why are you taking a MBA at 38 and why Canada? You can take a MBA anywhere, even online. You need to answer those questions.

First of all in my view education hasn't got any age limit..does it? Or Canada has any law about it that about 30 students can not study in Canada??
Secondly, I need MBA for my career progression. I hold just a bachelors degree.
Why canada? Bcoz canada has many plys points compared to other countries. UK and USA are not any options for me especially UK which has lots of fake universities and its quality of education is not the same as it used to be.

In person classes are a lot lot different than online classes.

No issue about age but why now? Haven’t explained it. Needing MBA is not an explanation. Again still haven’t explained why Canada over the US or UK, other than fake universities.

Its amazing they have asked you this and have given you time to submit a reason. So much better than a refusal.
Take it as an advantage. Purpose of visit could be, why Canada, why MBA, what benefits will you reap once you come back to your home country, what jobs are you targeting after completion of your masters, what made you chose a degree after having years of work experience etc.

I need MBA for career progression. Just with a BBA I cant climb the career ladder.
Canada is much more affordable in terms of fees and student friendly than US. UK has not been my choice even as a tourist.

Whatever you do, don't copy stuff off the internet or plagiarise. Don't try to "impress" the VO with big words and alphabet soup. Just write honestly and from your heart. Keep it simple.

If you’re familiar with elevator pitch, think of writing your SOP something like you’re giving an elevator pitch. “Sell” yourself in as few words as possible.

Others were able to get approval with more than ten pages of SOP, but the simpler the better.
