Both parents wish to apply for a visit visa to Canada w/ an invitation from a daugther.Parents do not have a bank account but rather will attach a copy of land titles of farm owned and the affidavit from daughter that they will shoulder all the finances for the visit
will that suffice the purpose and proof of support?parents wish to apply for oct 1 to feb 28 visit.

If you apply for your parents wwith this profile then you are assured of a sure shot rejection.
The VO in making his decision always will give priority to the applicants financial capacity rather than the financial capacity of applicants relative in Canada. The applcants ties to the home country also is a major factor.
Address the above mentioned issue and limit your visit duration to 2 to 3 weeks max. Once the TRV is approved they can stay for the original intended period but anything above 3 weeks raises a red flag on the VO's mind.

Agree with above only quote a 2-3 week stay in the application anything much longer and the application will likely be refused. Once approved then any stay determined by CBSA on arrival and doesn’t matter really what was said in the application.

What is then your suggestion for the financial capacity issue, they dont have a bank account

I recommend you start sending them the money you would've used to take care of them while they would be in Canada so that they can show that money in their own bank account. Do they also have other travel history?

Postpone their trip for atleast six months and as the previous post states build up their financial capacity and as for previous travel history it won't matter if you can show strong ties to your home country . My parents too did not have any travel history their application was approved and they were granted multiple entry visa and have already visited Canada once so I am speaking from first hand experience.
