This refers to the following:
1. Flight Itinerary - No need to buy tickets for now. You can grab from Expedia (or other similar sites) or screenshot the planned from/to dates of travel from the airline of your choice.
2. Travel Itinerary - This is a list of planned activities to do or places your mom plans to visit in Canada.
Example:
Day 1 Arrive in Canada
Day 2 -4 Sleep/Overcome Jetlag
Day 5-10 Visit Niagara Falls
Day 11 Visit Downtown Toronto
3. Medical Appointment (if she's going for treatment)
