Purpose of Travel - document recommendation

I recently had a baby and want to call my parents on Super Visa, Due to pandemic there is no surety on timeframe when they would be approved for visa.
I cannot show flight tickets and also not sure if they need medical exam for it.

Would like your suggestions on what docs can I upload for now, under this section.

I am not sure letters to provide under this section. Navigating to help asks for flight tickets, itinerary and medical report. The only thing i can get is itinerary.

You can provide a potential itinerary by using a travel website or airline website. Don’t book any flights.

You can also visit some tourism agency website and download sample itineraries (such tours in Niagara Falls, Banff national park).
