I received COPR and arrived in canada a few days ago.I now want to sponsor my child using the public policy,she reach the criteria as a type A dependent.I have inform IRCC via a website that I want to add her to my application but shortly after my application was finalise.Can someone advise me here please,should I send in her documents to sponsor her or wait on immigration to reply me,I will now have to sponsor her. Thanks

It's such a new policy that I doubt many here will have experience with it. It states you need to inform IRCC of request to sponsor dependent, but it doesn't say you need to wait for a response. It also states you can apply to sponsor your child as long as they meet the new age definitions as of the dates mentioned.
