PTE core glitch creating express entry profile

Does anyone have this problem? Using PTE core a second language does not give any points in express entry even when you max out all scores. This is preventing me from creating a EE profile. I sent an email to technical support but still nothing.

Might be a technical glitch. Call IRCC for a quicker resolution!
