Hi Friends since we are creating a new express entry profile.While creating a new profile using a new gc key what should we mention.Have you applied to express entry before.If we say yes what profile no should we enter new one or old one.

Say No and proceed. You haven't applied to EE, you've simply created an online profile and then withdrawn it.
