PT-PTOR PGWP

I applied for a pgwp yesterday and today I received a document called PT-PTOR that made me worry because i didn't find any similar documaent or situation in the internet.
The document said that I am allowed to work only until 29 avril 2023 or till a decision is made, whichever comes first.
Any one received similar document.
I note that my study permit expires on Decembre 2023.

Thanks for the answer. So everyone is given maximum 4 months for implied status? I thought that I can stay in implied status till study permit expiration date (11 months in my case) or decision is made, that's why I got worried.

You can continue working even after 29th April 2023, if a decision is not made by that time.

That's what I think the regular case would be for all applicants. But in my case, my study permit expires on Decembre 2023 and in the lettre they mentionned that "I can wotk till 29 april 2023 or the date of study permit expiration which ever comes first". I understand from this quote that if a decision is note made by 29 april I must quit working.
Did I misundrstand the lettre?

That is a letter IRCC sends out to every applicant, so that they can show it to a (potential) employer in case they ask. The processing time is 5–6 months now. You can work in implied/maintained status until you get the approval.
