I got into a personal Support Worker program at this company’s PSW Program and I was able to complete the program. It is a good program and they gave me lots of work and helped me with housing. Focus on immigration programs. You are not going to get a job without PR. You would need to be licensed, get LMIA from Canadian employer and employer has to prove no Canadian can be a driver.

You should also take into consideration that a very large number of people are now attending PSW or other healthcare aide programs. What once used to be an easy pathway to PR has gotten much more difficult.
