I am Shri from India writing this mail to request you to please help me to get an information on below mention queries as I am about to send my application for immigration.
# 1 My passport has a validity of 1 year 11 month & 20 days, so do I have to renew and send for application or I can send my application and I can proceed for renewing process after.
Ans :yes u can apply with ur recent passport bcz passport can be renew before only 6 months expiry so u can start ur procesd now.
# 2 I found a document in NSNP checklist with the name Conformation of Nomination from the province that nominate you : I wish to know that what document exactly require as I only have an offer letter from an employer and nothing other then that, o please help me to know that what exactly document require and from where I can arrange the same.
Ans : yes at province level, each province has own requirements. But educational documents, ielts, funds availability, employment confirmation, and ur supporter detail are basics.
# 3 Does employer have to send NSNP 200 direct to Nova scotia immigration office or do I have to request employer to handover to me and I an end along with my application.
Ans : i m not sure but in my case, i sent my employment confirmation to visa office and immigration officer do cross check by interview about ur job.
last but not the least...
# 4 If I already have a job offer from Canada then How much und do I have to show ??
Ans : i dont about this
