I am currently in the process of sponsoring my wife to Canada from the Philippines and I have just received an email regarding,
PSA Advisory on Marriages (AOM).
And we are not sure what it is and how to receive/obtain it,

AOM po ay katumbas ng CENOMAR, punta lang po kayu sa PSA then fill up ng form ng cenomar,

Tama po, apply lang po kayo for cenomar. Pag claim niyo po, advisory on marriages (AOM) ang ibibigay sainyo

Should i do the same if my spouse was previously married and was annulled?
