will good luck i hope you will hear soon . did you try to contact with PM ?Did you only land recently, lose your PR card or another reason. The reason can also impact the length of processing. How busy the local processing country is also impacts the length.

I submitted my application in Istanbul - VSF office on May 15th , I got the passport request on Jun 30 and i got my passport back on July 6
What do you mean email? I thought we can apply only on Portal. If you know the email can you please post it. Thnks
Hi, I have to apply for PRTD on H & C ground from India as I could not go to Canada for last 10 years due to personal issues. In online PRTD form (imm5444e) question no 4.1 ask for address history of last five years inside & outside Canada. I last 5 years I visited hong kong for five days as a tourist. Do I need to write address for Hong Kong visit? Pls guide....
