PRTD - reason not why not meet RO but reason why need to go back Canada

Since I cannot meet Residency Obligation, I need to apply PRTD under H&C ground. The reason of staying away is personal choice which is not sufficient enough to grant the PRTD under H&C ground. As a result, I would like to add another consideration for saying I have to go back to look after my illness auntie who is living alone in Canada with mental problem and diabete. Is it generally be accepted by explaining why I need to reside back in Canada (instead of explaining why I cannot meet RO)? With H&C ground, how long will it takes?
