Does anyone know how long this takes? Either for the New York office or New Delhi office? I cant seem to find the info online.
Also, can I apply for this to the correct consulate before I travel - for eg. if i have a 1 week trip to Chicago for work, but it takes 4 weeks for the PRTD to be processed in New York, can I apply before i depart, so I have the PRTD before I have to travel back?
