recently I lost my PR card during a trip to Turkey therefore I have applied to PRTD on May 16 , so far I heard nothing back from Ankara it has been over 40 days since I applied as Urgent process application . on top of that Ankara never replied on any of my inquires emails or PM emails too . all I know is my application is my application at the moment in Ankara.
this was my first trip out of Canada since 2018 I have over 1300 days in Canada as RO , so I applied for PRTD based on regular basis but under urgent process since I need to join back my work .

- do you think they are taking my application as Urgent based on my situation ?
- if I decided to move my file to another IRCC office Telaviv for example , is that possible ?
