PRTD online application status: from "submitted" to "wrong application" - Is it a glitch?

Hi,

I submitted an online application for PRTD this week. The following day the status changed the following day from "submitted" to "wrong application".

• I am outside Canada with an expired PR card. The completion of all sections to 4.1 to 5.5 were ok, in the sense that also the system calculated the right amount of days to be considered a PR. So, this can't be a wrong application I think.
• I submitted a request for urgent processing with a medical letter as supporting document
• The view button is grey and not clickable

I need to leave at the end of July. How would you suggest to proceed?

1. Do you think this is a glitch?
2. Would you suggest to start a new application?
3. Anyone with a successful application who experienced the same status change from "submitted" to "wrong application" due to a glitch? How did it evolve?

I also do not think I can't expect any developments until Tuesday 4th July, because 3rd July offices are closed, aren't they?

Where are you going end of July? Can't you wait a few days and try again?
