PRTD from London Uk

Hello everyone,
My husband left Canada after 3 days after he entered Canada. Now he is in London and applied for PRTD. How long it takes to get PRTD on the passport? Due to covid are they delaying or processing everything urgently?

Unfortuntely even in normal times pre COVID there is no published processing time for a PRTD so is a matter of waiting it out.
