Just to update, I've finally received the passport back today with the visa. It took a total of 24 ½ weeks for the process to be completed.

i got an update from MP he said my application is under process,and normal processing time is 115 days he asked me to wait for few more days..
its been 20 weeks

I withdrew my application. Had European passport. Went to UK and applied PRTD there. Got PRTD in almost 15 days.
Will never recommend someone to travel out of Canada without valid PR Card.

I think 115 days are for PR CARD not for PRTD anyways just wait for couple more days. I hope you get your PRTD soon.

Just to inform .
I applied my PRTD from karachi vfs office on 20March2018 . My PR Card was expired and i was in Pakistan from last 5 and half years.
I have recieved my Passport on 3rd July with 2 years multiple Visa. It took total 15 Weeks.
