PRTD application

Respect to all seniors.
I am looking to apply for a PRTD on basis of H&C reason on being removed from canada as a minor unwillingly in 2010
I am turning 18 this september(2018) and looking forward to apply 2 weeks after i turn 18 . Will it be favourable?
How long getting a PRTD takes after applying ?

Your question has already been answered. Nobody will be able to guarantee what the outcome of your prod will be. If it gets denied you can always apply as an international student.
