Hey guys i got copr on 12nov but have nt recieved pr card is their any way i can apply for prtd and get it before 20 jan as my flight is on 23jan 2022

Are you outside of Canada or inside of Canada?

You can only apply for a PRTD from outside of Canada.

You can't apply for a PRTD while in Canada.

You will have to wait until you are outside of Canada before you can submit the PRTD application.

You can go wherever you want. The issue is to be able to come back to Canada, you will need your PR card or PRTD. Unless you plan to cross the land border from the US, in that case your CoPR document may work fine.

IRCC will only send your PR card to a Canadian address. However a family member or friend can certainly send your PR card outside of Canada once it arrives at a Canadian address.
