Hard to say. If you are compliant with your RO it should usually be within the month but some offices seem to have much longer wait times. Given the holidays you have to expect extra delays. If you are not compliant with your RO anticipate many months.

I became a PR last month itself, on 25th Nov and need PRTD to join in the company where I got a job offer from. My joining date was 30th Dec 2019 there which I missed bcz of not having PRTD. I have not received my PR card yet.

I have got my joining postponed to 6th Jan.

What should I do?
