PRTD and date on COPR

I soft landed in Canada on 2nd July 20, 2018.
Returned back to Pakistan without PR Cards.
Submitted Photo from Pakistan on resubmission request.
Not likely to get PR cards in near future as per CIC practice.
I want to back to Canada in July 2019.
Immigration has validity stamped on CPOR is March 2019.
Has it got anything to do with an application for PRTD.
Do I have to return back to Canada before March 2019.
Or I can still go as per plan in July 2019, Please Help.

You can return in July. The date on the COPR is the date you need to do the initial landing by. Since you’ve done that already, you’re fine to apply for the PRTD.
