PRRA Application

Hello,

Has anybody noticed that while filling out PRRA application, I cannot enter date at the bottom F - Declaration. When I try to put the year, the rest of the two columns turns into year, and if I put date or month, same thing happens to the other two. Any suggestions or help please?
