I have concerns regarding the documents to prove my experience, can you please help? In the last 10 years:

1 - I have 2 years experience in a company, but than that company is sold to another company. I have some documents showing the dates I worked including the salary increases during this period, and I think I can get my salary receipts from the bank even though they are old. However I don't think I can get the responsibilities letter as the company does not exist any more. What can I do?

2 - I quit the job I mentioned, I built a start-up with my partner, and we built a legal corporation in 2011. Since than I have been working for the company actively. However I do not receive a regular salary from the corporation to my personal account because of tax issues. Would this cause a problem?
