I'm sorry, I can't share my e mail nor link, because it was sent to me directly, on my mail, from the CIC agent we spoke with.
so I'd like to suggest to you all to contact CIC on their toll free call service.

The answer I got from CIC is that I should be eligible for the 600 points, however when I contacted the AINP office I was informed that I am under the old system and am not eligible for Express Entry. It seems the provinces and the federal government can't seem to agree on things.

Would you be able to share the link for the form that you received from CIC?

Thanx!!!

Just google CIC case specific enquiry. The link will show up. You don't have to call CIC first to get the link. It is design for general enquiry purpose.

As of now Provinces have not integrated or rather aligned with the Express Entry system. Also in other words the federal government does a favour on provinces by giving the 600 points. There might be a few things to iron out before things are aligned. But as it stands as of now BC PNP and Ontario PNP programs aren't awarding the 600 points that they should be.

Well BC PNP at-least said that new applicant will be eligible for EE 600 points should a candidate meet the requirements. Ontario PNP , no clue as of now...

You dont need PNP/LMIA to get ITA. If you are getting PNP that means most probably you have a job in Canada which more than enough to get a good bonus points and get ITA. People need to stop worrying.

the main problem, from my point of view, is that none of the Provinces announced only new applicants will obtain 600 points. nobody said that!! I saw here,on this forum that one member said SINP wrote that on their site - but what with other provinces??? I think that even BC PNP put that on their site after EE was launched.
and why CIC does not know that?? why they're so surprised when we call them and say our provinces refuses to give us 600 points?
people (nominees with valid LOAs) were encouraged on seminars to (re)apply through EE!!
I've lost the count how many times I already pointed that out :(

Hi guys,
As am planning to apply for PNP with the new rules for each province, I wanted some suggestions as to how to start at this point of time.
I belong to NOC 2173- Software Engineers and so for those already applied might be knowing of where the opportunities for IT is high,
So please share ideas of which province to apply in case of IT sector and
I also wanted to know if a job offer is compulsory for a PNP to apply for those who already applied and succeeded. If yes, what is the procedure of getting a job offer first.

Thanks

I want to correct here - BC PNP do not allow PNP applications without JOB OFFERS.
Only PhD Stream can apply without job

Hi folks!

Any good news about 2014 PNP?

Seems that they will wait till first draw and then will probably make a revision of current procedure.
